Practical conference and discussion, as part of the “EnlargEUrope” project, was held in Vilnius on April 18th, 2019. The organizer Youth Entrepreneurship Promotion Association had invited young people to discuss on entrepreneurship‘s perspectives in EU.
The conference was opened by YEPA director who tried to motivate participants to be active, not be afraid of taking risks and take the advantage of the opportunities offered by the EU.
On continuing the conference a key speaker presented the topic: ‘’EU policies and its benefits to young entrepreneurs‘‘. Participants received the large scale of information about business creation. A key speaker shared detailed list of EU foundations and programmes that help young entrepreneurs on business start.
Business reps showed successful business stories and shared their experience with young participants. They talked about challenges faced throughout career‘s beginning. Business reps tried to inspire young people to think critically and to looking for opportunities in EU foundation every time.
On the end of the conference informal discussion was arranged with participants, organizers and business reps. Participants was interesting on entrepreneurship in EU, they asked to share useful tips for business establishment and development. Finally, discussion drew common conclusions and provided answers to question of how EU can influence young future entrepreneurs.
